Shipping policy

Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Hence, all orders are shipped within three business days after order confirmation. Local orders (within Australia) will be shipped via Australia Post.

Once shipped, tracking details will be provided to you via email. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your particular location, weather events, public holidays, customs delays and other such circumstances outside the control of our logistics partners.

Our international shipping costs are calculated based on the region you live in and total package weight. Please note we currently, do NOT offer express international shipping. After a certain limit, international package(s) may be considered bulk package(s). In this case you will receive an error upon checking out. Please contact us if you would like to order an item in bulk.

International orders may incur duties and import taxes which are determined by your local customs authority. Zubaan Learning does not accept responsibility for the payment of any duties/taxes incurred, for customs inspections not passing or for delays in transit due to processing through customs. Any duties/taxes or fees are determined and collected by your country’s government and you may be asked to pay the applicable amount at the time your shipment is released to you.
