What are the benefits of wooden toys?
Wood is an environmentally friendly, naturally occurring material that stimulates a child’s senses because of its texture and encourages exploration using touch and feel. Wooden toys inspire creative and imaginative play, as well as assisting cognitive development and problem-solving capabilities. The open-ended nature of wooden toys also means children are able to use the same product in multiple ways and stay engaged with them for longer periods of time.
Wooden toys do not pollute the home with unwanted chemicals or noise. This makes them safe and helps to keep children from becoming easily distracted. Wooden toys also will not break easily, therefore being durable and may stay in good condition for years.
Are the products safe for little children to play with?
Yes; All products are made from wood which is non-toxic and safe.
Our products are NOT recommended for children under 3 years of age because the Urdu Letter Magnets and Story Magnets - Prophets named in the Qura'an both contain small parts which may be choking hazards. Both sets, Urdu Letter magnets and Story Magnets - Prophets named in the Qura'an, also include small magnets. Swallowed magnets can stick together across intestines and cause serious infections or death. Seek immediate medical attention if magnets are swallowed or inhaled.
Please be aware that plastic packaging is dangerous and should be kept away from children under 3 as it can cause suffocation. The Urdu Blocks and Story Magnets - Prophets named in the Qura'an come in plastic packaging.
Why are there discrepancies in the product sizing and the sizing information provided on the website?
Although, we quality check all products, due to the nature of the manufacturing process some products may have slight variations in measurements, design or colour from the listed images. Please note due to the nature of the material (wood) each piece may vary in its texture and appearance and contain naturally formed markings on it.
What sources have you used to produce the Story Magnets - Prophets Named in the Qura'an?
All the knowledge obtained to create the 'Story Magnets - Prophets Named in the Qura'an' series is derived from three main sources; Firstly, the information provided in the Qura'an itself regarding each prophet. Secondly, A Ramadan Series 'Lessons from the Stories of the Prophets' by Mufti Ismail Ibn Musa Menk held in South Africa in August, 2011. And lastly the book 'Stories of the Prophets' by Al-Imam Ibn Kathir Translated by Muhammad Mustapha Geme’ah, Al-Azhar, Published by Darussalam Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For Authentication and verification of the accuracy of the depictions on each coin and the provided written description, a certification letter was obtained from Professor Mohamad Abdalla; Director of Centre for Islamic Thought and Education at the University of South Australia.

All products are shipped from Adelaide, Australia.
When do you ship/ when will my package arrive?
We ship the product within three business days after the order has been confirmed. Depending on the delivery address, the time it takes for the product to arrive will vary. Please note delays may occur due to Covid-19.

How is International shipping Calculated?
Our international shipping costs are calculated based on the region you live in and total package weight. Please note we currently, do NOT offer express international shipping. After a certain limit, international package(s) may be considered bulk package(s). In this case you will receive an error upon checking out. Please contact us if you would like to order an item in bulk.
